Following the procedures of the Data Protection Act of 1988, this privacy policy details and explains what we do at Sketchaprint with your information. The aim of this policy is to help you understand what data we collect from you, the customer, and how we use it.

The information that you supply

Upon entering into the website (i.e. any url under the domain sketchaprint.co.uk/) you will be asked to either accept or reject cookies [see below]. The default status is always ‘rejected’ & we will not track your data, per GDPR guidelines.

Moreover, when you buy a product from us, as part of the buying and selling process, you also trust us with your personal information. This includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address and credit/debit card details or other payment information.

We must be clear in explaining to you that you are not, nor will you ever be, required to share this information with us. But, by not doing so we will not be able to supply you with our products or respond to your queries.

What we do with your information

From your usage of the site, we will retain your information in a secure database. Your data is used as part of a larger picture, to gain insights about how all of our customers use our site. This data is analysed and used over time to give you the best user experience and allow us to create a more personalised experience for each customer.

    Our online store is hosted on Bluehost using WordPress. Woocommerce provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Bluehost’s data storage, databases and the general Bluehost application. We are informed they store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
  • Payment Services
    We offer customers the opportunity to purchase online through PayPal Inc. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
  • Distribution Services
    We exclusively use Royal Mail as our distribution provider for all deliveries.
